What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right either with replacement products or refunds. To inquire, use the “contact us” page to start the discussion.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What sizes are the products?
Prints are roughly 15x10cm, whereas our bookmarks are roughly 14x5cm. However, all of the bookmarks are handmade so they may vary in size, and in some instances the prints are trimmed for a neater finish! If you need exact measurements of your products, give us a message once you’ve ordered and we can let you know exactly what your pieces measure.
I’d like a custom product, how can I order one?
We are open and excited about possible custom bookmarks and prints! To order one, use the form on the “contact us” page and give a brief description of what you’re looking for. Someone will reply to you quickly to start a discussion about timing and prices.
